I make sure that the daily hospital and practice routine runs smoothly with everything that goes with it. My main task is the coordination and planning of various matters such as patient appointments, sessions and operations. Communication between our patients and the medical staff also runs largely through me. I also take care of billing, ordering and various statistics concerning our practice in the background. In short, I manage the plastic surgery department at the hospital.
