As a specialist in plastic, reconstructive and aesthetic surgery, I have been working in plastic surgery for almost 30 years. My main focus is on facial procedures, such as facelift and eyelid surgery, and aesthetic surgery of breast and abdomen. Breast reconstruction after breast cancer is another focus.

My specialties are aesthetic surgery of the face (eyelids as well as facelift and neck lift) and aesthetic surgery of breast and abdomen. I am also specialized in breast cancer surgery and breast reconstruction after cancer with autologous tissue or implants.
The goal of aesthetic facial surgery is to achieve a natural result without looking operated.

The neuromodulator botulinum toxin (also known as "Botox") can be used in a variety of ways. It can not only reduce wrinkles on the face and alleviate migraine, but also achieve improvements in the penis. It is used to enlarge the penis and treat erectile dysfunction. The botulinum toxin is injected into the cavernous body of the penis.
With increasing age, fat pushes forward from the eye socket. The skin of the lower lid bulges as the eye muscle and connective tissue in this area are weak. In addition, a firm band of connective tissue borders the eye socket towards the zygomatic arch. The fat in the eye socket can therefore only move forward; As a result eye bags develop.
Prof. Fansa was invited to give a lecture at the 60th Annual Meeting of the Swiss Society for Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery in Lausanne on October 18th and 19th. He presented his deep plane/high-SMAS facelift and necklift technique.
